Who We Are
Hi, we are Dominica and Sebastian Falcon. We met in pastry school in 2008, where we fell in love with chocolate and one another. Since then, we’ve worked in some of America’s most celebrated restaurants and with world-class chocolatiers.
We arrived to Seattle in 2010 after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America. While developing our culinary perspective we also spent over half a decade in vocational ministry, creating space for fellowship and the exploration of faith over meals. Our passion is for guests to experience deep connection between one another over soulful, wholesome and excellent food.
